Experiment #3: Berries & tuna curry

Ingredients: curry, blueberries, strawberries, carrots, water, milk, canned tuna

Steps:
- wash and cut up the berries and throw into pot with 1/3 water to medium heat
- throw in carrots and curry chunks, add milk
- add in canned tuna after 2 episodes
- slow cook for another 1 episode

Result: Success!

This was actually an extension of the food experiment from yesterday, where I stove cooked rice as if it's oat meal and added blueberries and strawberries. I didn't add enough honey for the first portion and it tasted sour and weird. Had to get help from shredded pork. The second portion kinda had a wee bit too much honey and tasted sweet and weird.

While eating, I remembered the minced pork curry with blueberries from last time. Sourberries Blueberries are better in curry than in rice.

The berries & tuna curry today is slightly sweet with a hint of berry sourness. The tuna adds more texture and protein to make it complete. In one word: 甘じょっぱい甘酸っぱい! (couldn't resist. Everytime I think of the word, I'm reminded of ドロッセル XD)
