A Walk To Remember.

Landon Carter, a popular guy in school with a bunch of friends, is just moving along the drift with his life. Until circumstances put Jamie into his life. Jamie, the Reverend's daughter and the outcast of the 'popular and cool' of the school, is a girl with strong faith and confidence. Slowly and steadily, Landon finds himself changed and attracted to Jamie. The feeling is mutual, but the gap of life and death stands between them, as Jamie has leukaemia and not long to live. Landon helps Jamie to accomplish the things on her to-do list, including getting married in the church where her parents got married. Years after Jamie passed away four months after their marriage, Landon visits Jamie's father and is sad that Jamie never got her life ambition fulfilled -- to witness a miracle. Jamie's father replies that she did, and that Landon was the miracle she witnessed. Through being with Jamie, Landon's life is transformed, and his friends are also changed. At the end, Landon reflects back to his memory with Jamie and how their love is like the wind: it can't be seen, but it can be felt.

いい映画だ。Very touching and meaningful. The scene where Landon reconciles with his father is especially moving for me.

For some reason, Rosette comes to mind once Jamie reveals her condition. The scene where Jamie clings to Landon because she is scared to not be with him especially reminded me of the last sunset where Rosette cries in Chrno's arms because she doesn't want to die yet. The to-do list also reminds me of Rosette's words during the carnival. Because she doesn't have the luxury of time, she doesn't hesitate and just move forward boldly.

So it's decided. Kansou is going to be Chrno Crusade themed. XD
